Boot-camp projects
Intro
The next part of our boot camp will be much less led. The following projects are designed to help you build on the skills you have already learned but are also to push you into investigating solutions for yourselves. Each project contains a brief for a project and some resources and some hints and tips about how you might proceed. Mentors will be on hand to help with any questions you might have.
Task
Read through all the projects first then choose one to complete.
Setup
- Download the Acquia Dev Desktop
- Create a Drupal 8 site locally on your machine
- Begin your project build on your local development environment
Deploy your site to the aquia cloud (or some other hosting) to show your project progress
- How to deploy your website
- We can cover deployment as a group and developers will be on-hand to help you one to one.
